The Millennium Centre is located on Main Street near Portage and Main, and was once part of the well established Banker’s Row at the turn the 20th century. In the heart of Winnipeg’s downtown, and the Exchange District, a national historic site, the former Bank of Commerce building was built in 1912 by Toronto architects Darling and Pearson.

389 Main Street Heritage Corporation is a non-profit, charitable organization. All building operations, conservation work and event bookings for public and private events are managed by Heritage Winnipeg. Also a charitable organization, they advocate for the protection of our built heritage throughout the city. All rental revenue goes back into the operations and conservation of the Millennium Centre to keep it open and financially sustainable.
The Millennium Centre is located on Treaty 1 Territory, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.
